Family: I have been married to my beautiful wife Susan for 27 years. We have three awesome children and three very precious grandchildren; Our son Zach lives in Chicago with his wife Jacki; Our oldest daughter Ashley and her husband Trey live in Mississippi with their daughters Hannah and Noelle; Our youngest Meredith and her husband Matt live in Nebraska with grandson Caleb.

I received a M.A.R.E. and PhD. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

A look at the past: God has blessed my life in so many ways. I acknowledge first of all that it is all about Him. I also want to acknowledge my gratefulness to God for my father who deeply loved and supported his sons. He passed away last year and I look back with great joy and thanksgiving to God for blessing me with such an awesome dad.

A look at the future: My passion is to make much of Jesus. I am truly blessed to serve at FBC in the ministries of discipleship
and evangelism. God is at work here and we are very expectant about the future. My greatest desire is to see people come
into a life changing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Little known fact: I like to watch the sport of Curling.
